The process begins in different zones of the country where the farmers take charge of producing and collection and to transport the preselected fruits to a center of collection.

All the products are transported from its origin and received in plant according to our standards of quality, when they arrive starts a selection process according to the index of maturity for each one of the fruits, later a wash is done and disinfection and depending on the fruit they are peeled, sliced, put in a tray, dehydrated, selected after dehydration process and finally packed and distributed.
